The organisation, management and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 231/2001, is the set of organizational rules and procedures of the entity aimed at preventing the commission of crimes.
In 2020 URI S.p.a. has formalized its Management Organization Model (hereinafter “MOG”), collecting the requests of the Legislator on the subject of “administrative liability for crime” of entities (pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001) and at the same time taking the opportunity to clearly and forcefully establish the values of ethics and respect for legality, thus containing the risk of committing crimes.
At the same time as the adoption of the MOG, the Supervisory Body was appointed (monocratic, external, with autonomous powers of initiative and control) with the task of “monitoring the functioning and observance of the models and ensuring their updating”.
Reports relating to violations of the Model, of the Code of Ethics, of any risk situations (see procedure) may be transmitted to the Supervisory Body in the manner indicated in the attached procedure and (anonymously) through the box below.
Each report will be treated in such a way as to protect the confidentiality of the information contained therein and guarantee the person making the report in good faith from any retaliation, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the so-called Whistleblowing, most recently updated with the Legislative Decree 24/2023.
