The project will mark the beginning of a sustainable redevelopment of the eastern territory of Monaco, which is why it will offer an exclusively pedestrian area with the following services:
- a one hectare public park
- several walkways, both along the coast and throughout the district, which will connect with the existing areas of the Principality
- an harbour that will offer around 30 new berths
- underground public parking
- office buildings and commercial spaces
- luxury homes including multi-owned buildings and private waterfront villas
- an extension of the Grimaldi Forum (Convention center)
