The residential area of ​​Montecarlo expands towards the sea.

The project will mark the beginning of a sustainable redevelopment of the eastern territory of Monaco, which is why it will offer an exclusively pedestrian area with the following services:

• a one hectare public park
• several walkways, both along the coast and throughout the district, which will connect with the existing areas of the Principality
• a port that will offer around 30 new berths
• underground public parking
• office buildings and commercial spaces
• luxury homes including multi-owned buildings and private waterfront villas
• an extension of the Grimaldi Forum (Convention center)

Our  Comacchio MC30 drilling rigs were suitably modified for deep-hole consolidation works for the  requalification project. The high technology and the high professionalism put into play is allowing the execution of the works in the best way and in operational safety.
